Handmade products can vary slightly — that is part of their character. If something is wrong, we will fix it.

Return window

Request a return within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective or wrong items. Food products can be returned only if damaged or sealed incorrectly.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after the return is approved. Cash-on-delivery refunds are sent by bank transfer or UPI.
